PR.I.M.E – Register for the International Online Training on Inclusive Mobility

09 January 2026

Have you ever faced the challenge that participants struggle to understand official documents they need to read, fill in, and sign during international mobilities? This is a very common situation, especially for people with intellectual disabilities.

Within the PR.I.M.E. project, several practical support tools have been developed to respond to these challenges. Some of the project outputs are already available and ready to use.

On the project website, you can now access easy-to-read support versions of theuk Learning Agreement and Volunteering Agreement. These are not official documents, but clear and accessible support tools that help participants better understand what they are signing and what their rights and responsibilities are.

In the coming months, additional easy-to-read support documents will be released, including Europass, Youthpass, and the Participant’s Report. All of them are designed to make mobility experiences clearer, safer, and more inclusive.

However, having tools is not enough — knowing how to use them in practice is essential. That is why an online training on Easy-to-Read (ETR) is already available, explaining how to apply these support documents when working with participants effectively.

The project also introduces an innovative augmented reality digital tool that helps participants prepare for their first flight by guiding them step by step through airport procedures.

All PR.I.M.E. project outputs will be available on the PR.I.M.E. platform by the end of the project in March 2026.

Before that, we warmly invite you to take part in an International Online Training, open to the general public. During this live seminar, PR.I.M.E. partners will present all project outputs and results, demonstrate how to use them in practice, and share insights on how to make mobility projects more inclusive for people with intellectual disabilities.
